The location proved PERFECT for accessing public transportation and tourist sites. The staff accommodated my request to store luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which I appreciated IMMENSELY. The smooth check-in and check-out process, combined with the staff's friendliness.
The room's cleanliness could have been better. I noticed some areas were not cleaned thoroughly after the next day room service.

i found the hotel's location quite convenient. it was near a mall and public transport was close. this made exploring the city simple. the room was also clean.
the room smelled a bit musty and the mattresses felt worn.
